In an effort to branch out and get more air time the team contacted Jason Keller of Channel 103.1 in Albany, NY with a full length pre-release of “You Are The Sun”. Cannel 103.1′s “Big Break” show airs every sunday night at 8PM eastern time, playing through selected songs from the album and interviewing the artist. We are proud to announce that on Sunday, April 4, 2010 Jared Funari will be the subject of Big Break. Jason Keller has become a radio icon in the capital district region of New York with a long standing history of excellent programming with personality and saturated humor. Jared’s song, “Everything” has been evolving in live performances and in the studio for quite some time and is the second oldest song on the debut album, “You Are The Sun”. “Everything” was sent to a local radio station, 102.7 WEQX as part of a three song album pre-release, and was chosen to be distributed to the masses on their local artist show, EQX Posure. Since it’s debut on EQX Posure, “Everything” has made the show three more times, and played in the morning “Local At Eleven” once. Rumor has it that Jason Irwin, the host of EQX Posure, may be planning to release the next Jared Funari single to the masses soon. Stay tuned, EQX Posure is on the air Sundays at 7PM weekly.
